Format

CBIW will have four daytime teachings sessions. The evening sessions will be dedicated to praise and worship and ministry as the Holy Spirit directs. However, on the first day there will be only an evening session. Activities on the last day will conclude in ample time to prepare for departure. This is a closed retreat, except for Saturday when guests are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Due to the Institute’s limit of 125 participants, all applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Only adults I8 or older accepted. Any exception must be approved by Bill Warren.

Meals and Accommodations: All rooms are double occupancy (with two twin beds in each room). If no specific roommate is requested, please trust God to give you the right one. All meals are included in the cost of the Institute. Registration begins at 4 p.m. on Sunday, July the 19th. and dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be served on the last day of the Institute, July 26th.

Cost: We are making every effort to keep costs down with an “Early Bird Registration”. To take

advantage of the “Early Bird Registration” and reserve your space, Pay $100 deposit by May 15. 2009.

Remaining balance of $385. must be paid by June 15, 2009. The total cost increases to $500. after the

cut off date of June 15, 2009. Single rooms are $610. No Early Bird discount. Only 15 available.

The raise in tuition this year reflects only St. Francis’ increase to us.

Refunds of 75% of the deposit will be made if requested by July 1.

NO REFUNDS are to be expected after July 1.
